At Blooming Artificial, we want you to be delighted with your new greenery; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Carefully place the artificial plants or trees back into their original boxes, ensuring all foliage is tucked in to prevent damage during shipping.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest designated courier drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
